Cookie Policy

For inquiries, please contact team@masv.io.

We use different types of cookies to run MASV websites and ads-related products. Some or all of the cookies identified below may be stored in your browser. You can view and manage cookies in your browser (though browsers for mobile devices may not offer this visibility).

Category of use

Security

We use security cookies to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of login credentials, and protect user data from unauthorized parties.

We use:
_live_transfer_session_teams

Processes

Process cookies help make the website work and deliver services that the website visitor expects, like navigating around web pages or accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies, the website cannot function properly.

We use:
lat_lng
__stripe_mid
__stripe_orig_props
__stripe_sid

Session State

Websites often collect information about how users interact with a website. This may include the pages users visit most often and whether users get error messages from certain pages. We use these so-called ‘session state cookies’ to help us improve our services, in order to improve our users’ browsing experience. Blocking or deleting these cookies will not render the website unusable.

We use:
intercom-id-*
intercom-lou-*
intercom-session-*

Analytics

Google Analytics is MASV’s analytics tool that helps website and app owners to understand how their visitors engage with their properties. It may use a set of cookies to collect information and report website usage statistics without personally identifying individual visitors to MASV. The main cookie used by MASV Analytics is the ‘__ga’ cookie.

In addition to reporting website usage statistics, MASV Analytics can also be used, together with some of the advertising cookies described above, to help show more relevant ads on MASV properties (like MASV Search) and across the web and to measure interactions with the ads we show.

We use:
mp_*_mixpanel

Mixpanel is used to collect product usage information from our users. The information is anonymized in mixpanel and we use this information to better understand the features you use in our product and to provide us data for how we should improve the product experience. We never sell or distribute this information to other vendors it is just used for our own internal decision making on our product roadmap.  If you would like more information on why we use mixpanel we are happy to answer your questions over chat.
